What does quality mean to you?
In our opinion, the formula for quality is safety + performance + sustainability = quality.
Safety: Products shall be safe and must not cause danger to people and surroundings.
Performance: Products must operate reliably and user-friendly and deliver what is promised.
Sustainability: Products should be developed with the environment in mind, using sustainable materials and practices.
The things we do now and in the future are related to these three components and their development in the lighting industry.

I founded Complete because I really want to help companies offer and choose better products.
Over the years, I have tested and evaluated more than a thousand products, some of which have been five-star products and some of very low quality and dangerous. I noticed how clients sometimes struggled with the requirements of the standards and how they lost time and money because of it.
However, as a representative of a third-party lab, I was not able to help with these challenges. This is how the idea of a company that could offer comprehensive help was born.
We change traditional ways of working
Traditional players in the field of compliance are third-party testing laboratories, certification bodies and regulatory authorities. Cooperation with these can be stiff at times, due to the roles and responsibilities of the actors.
Our goal is not to displace these actors, but to come alongside them as a different actor.
We strive to be an approachable partner, regardless of the size of the company or the scale of the challenges. For us, the journey towards the end result is as important as the end result itself.
